Using Find Books and DVDs in Barry Library search the Library catalog:
 
Find items in the Main Library using a Keyword search.
 
Using Advanced Search, to find only DVDs, under Material Type: limit your search to DVD
 
Example: Search for DVDs on David Hockney
Example: Find works about Collage: Search Keyword Collage                                                       Example: Find a biography of Henri Matisse; Search Keywords Matisse AND biography  
                                                                                                                                                                      

Note:  These sample searches lead to books, DVDs and electronic resources. Electronic resources include both eBooks and Government reports. Each type is identified by a different icon. To obtain a report pdf. or eBook, clicking on the resource title leads you to the Library's catalog page with access links.

Note: Items located in Reserve or Permanent Reserve are for Library Use Only.

WorldCat - Find Books in Other Libraries

Use WorldCat to search for books available in other libraries. 

When you find a book in WorldCat, you can request it via InterLibrary Loan OR if it is available at a SEFLIN member library participating in the SEFLIN Library Card Program, you can check it out using your SEFLIN card and current Barry ID. Please note, you must also return the book to the SEFLIN member library.

A SEFLIN card is available (free) to all currently registered Barry students in Southeast Florida - request a SEFLIN card at the Library's Main Floor Circulation Desk.  To receive a SEFLIN card by mail, contact Circulation Supervisor at 305.899.3943 or 1.800.756.6000 x3943
