"Consciousness" presents the work of scientist and artist Andrew Parker: "His main field of study is the diversity and evolution of structural color in nature. The exhibition presents Professor Parker's outstanding achievements, showcasing cutting-edge technology representing the ultimate intersection between art and science. For "Consciousness," the concept was expanded through a visual conversation with seven guest artists: Kustaa Saksi, Álvaro Negro, Orlanda Broom, Filipa Tojal, Michal Fargo, Sasha Ferré, and Gwen Hardie...."

Exploration of Technology and Color (Segment 12): "In 1984, Anna receives a 6-month fellowship at the American Academy in Rome. She studied the development of color in architecture in the Renaissance period. She discusses her project for the Utah State Capitol called "Windows." She says the project is pivotal to her art."
