Student Library Guide: Library Services

Located in Lehman Hall 201, Archives and Special Collections is committed to collecting, preserving, and providing access to primary source materials that support the research needs of the Barry University community and beyond. Materials available in our department include: University Records, Rare Books, and Special Collections.

A valid library card is required to borrow materials from Monsignor William Barry Memorial Library.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) provides current Barry University students, faculty, and staff access to resources that are not available at the Monsignor William Barry Memorial Library.

Staff at the library are here to make your visit as seamless as possible. From your online experience to your checkout - we strive to make it easy and fun!

The Library is intended primarily for the use of currently enrolled Barry University students and currently employed faculty, administrators, and staff. Others, such as Barry University alumni, visiting scholars who are currently sponsored by an academic or administrative division, and public visitors, may also have access to the collections.

Monsignor William Barry Memorial Library offers the use of study rooms which are available ONLY to Barry University students, faculty, and staff.
