This guide is provided by The Euliano Law Library to assist students of LAW-6214 Climate Change (seminar course) in beginning their research.

Welcome to the Climate Change LibGuide!

"Climate change is the Everest of all problems, the thorniest challenge facing mankind."

~ Lewis Gordon Pugh, maritime lawyer, pioneer swimmer

Climate change is a controversial topic with significant influence on international and domestic law. This research guide is intended as a starting point for researching legal issues related to climate change and global warming and is aimed at assisting current Barry Law students. As a starting point, the materials in this guide cover various aspects of climate change law (significantly, environmental and energy law) in varying depths. Use the materials to provide a foundation for your topic as well as a guide to other sources.
